Refund ledger
Upload your ACE entry export or your broker's refund sheet. For every entry: which CAPE route is open today, when it closes, and whether the refund you expected actually arrived.
Your entries
CSV from ACE (Entry Summary Line Details works) or any sheet with an entry number and entry date. Add liquidation date, origin, IEEPA duty, CAPE declared amount and refund received where you have them; columns are recognised by their headers.
Routes follow CBP's CAPE phases: Phase 1 (from 20 April 2026) covers unliquidated entries and entries liquidated within the last 80 days; Phase 2 (from 29 June 2026) reconciliation-flagged entries; Phase 3 (from 6 October 2026) finally liquidated entries under a Court of International Trade reliquidation order, for plaintiffs only. Entries under an open protest are outside CAPE.
Finally liquidated entries of importers who have not sued have no confirmed route. A suit under 28 U.S.C. 1581(i) is subject to a two-year limit whose start date is unsettled; some practitioners warn it could end as early as February 2027 for some entries. TariffOS does not compute that date.
This is a tracking aid, not legal or customs advice. A licensed customs broker or trade attorney should confirm each route before anything is filed.
